We confirm the exact specification (purity range, contamination limits, packaging) and monthly volume with you. Where possible we arrange a site visit, or share photos and video for remote verification. Terms (collection method, payment) are agreed in writing before any shipment. Trades are settled against a weighing slip (tare weight, gross weight, net weight). A note on trade safety We never ask for advance payment.
